College Football: Texas State lands two more recruits for 2017 class, elects to blue shirt four others

Texas State may not win many games in 2016, but days like Wednesday and Thursday are evidence that players are buying into what Everett Withers and his staff are selling.
The hashtag #PartyInTheEndZone, Withers’ very own creation, was trending on Twitter at one point on Wednesday night.
And rightfully so.
The Bobcats landed four commitments in the span of 12 hours.

College Football: Georgetown wide receiver Beau Corrales bound for Texas State in 2017

Texas State filled a position of need, although Everett Withers and company will have to wait until next season to see the fruits of their labor.
On Monday, Georgetown wide receiver Beau Corrales offered his verbal commitment to the Bobcats. He announced his decision on Twitter, writing “Thank you so much to all the schools that have shown interest in me and recruited me, but after a lot of thought, talk and prayer, I have decided to verbally commit to Texas State.”
