Texas State Greek organizations across campus came together to work on Bowie Elementary School’s gardens. The elementary school uses these gardens to teach students about gardening and the environment.

Since 2003, the Texas State Black and Latino Playwrights Conference has worked to share the stories of minorities by supporting black and Latino playwrights in developing their unpublished and unproduced plays through a week-long workshop rehearsal.

Texas State University President Denise Trauth has once again felt compelled to address hate-filled fliers reportedly posted on campus. In Friday’s letter addressed to faculty, staff and students she addressed the hateful, racist fliers that found a week ago.

The Best Friends For Life program at the San Marcos Activity Center is sponsored by Texas State University’s Therapeutic Recreation and the city’s Parks and Recreation Youth Services Division and works to provide a space where children of all abilities can socialize and make friends.
