Inclement weather may have been enough to call off the second half of Tuesday night’s game, but not before San Marcos’ onslaught.

After a sluggish start in the pouring rain and brisk wind inside San Marcos Toyota Rattler Stadium, the Lady Rattlers put six past Austin Reagan to rout the Blue Raiders, 6-0, before the game was called with just over 20 minutes remaining. The game was initially delayed for 30 minutes after a lightning strike before being called off following a second.
