On Thursday, Feb. 23, the San Marcos Kiwanis Club will have the griddle hot and the coffee steaming for the 78th Annual Pancake Day. They will serve up all-you-can-eat pancakes from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and again from 5 to 7 p.m. at the San Marcos Activity Center.
