Texas’ seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate stayed steady at 4 percent in March, as it did in Hays County, but in San Marcos it ticked up by a tenth of a percentage point to 3.4 percent. The city saw a rate of 3.4 percent last month compared to 3.3 in February.
