If you aren’t growing your own kale, you can find it at your Farmers Market or in the produce section of your grocery store.
• One bunch of fresh kale
• One tablespoon of olive oil
• One teaspoon of seasoned salt or sea salt
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Line a non-insulated cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
• With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
